Leeds Equity Partners Closes its Sixth Investment Fund with Commitments in Excess of $750 Million Target
Leeds Equity Partners, the New York-based private equity fund focused exclusively on investing in the Knowledge Industries, had a final closing of Leeds Equity Partners VI, L.P. (the “Fund”) collecting $761 million in capital commitments. The Fund exceeded the $750 million target and secured commitments from a diverse base of institutional and family office investors.

This will include businesses providing products and services that educate, train, inform and manage individuals or organizations.
